At the same time, energy storage technology is feeding back the green transformation of the aluminum profile industry, building a new pattern of coordinated development of 'material support+energy optimization'. The application scenarios cover the entire industry chain, with the highest proportion of battery trays, end plates, and liquid cooled plates in the Pack stage. The demand for box frames, radiators, and other components in the energy storage cabinet stage is growing rapidly. By 2025, the production of specialized aluminum profiles for energy storage will reach 300000 tons, driving the total demand for aluminum materials to nearly 800000 tons. It is estimated that an additional 105000 tons will be added in 2026. Significant breakthroughs have been made in technological innovation, with a 30% increase in yield strength of 6061-T6/6082-T6 special alloy, integrated heat dissipation channels in the frame to achieve a temperature difference of ≤ 2.8 ℃ in the battery cells, and CNC precision machining to achieve a hole position accuracy of 0.05mm. Leading enterprises lead the application, Yonglijian provides battery tray frames for Ningde Times, and Haomei New Materials and China Gas jointly build an 8.0MW energy storage project. In terms of reverse empowerment, the 'photovoltaic+energy storage+intelligent production' model enables aluminum profile enterprises to save 800000 yuan in annual electricity bills and reduce unit energy consumption by 15%. Integration promotes the localization rate of high-end aluminum profiles to 60%, helping to reduce the cost of energy storage systems by 22%, becoming a key link between the new energy revolution and the upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
